（中央社記者田裕斌台北 6日電）超過 6成希臘人反對國際債權人的紓困方案，希臘脫離歐元區機率上升，打擊市場投資氣氛，投信表示，歐美股市料信用貸款利率試算 信貸利率試算 個人信貸試算將陷入高度震盪格局。

摩根歐洲動力基金經理人約翰?貝克(John Baker)指出，希臘公投反對派獲勝，驅使希臘更接近無序脫離歐元區，眼見希臘與債權人談判重回原點，市場不確定性大增，避險氣氛蔓延，拉抬德國公債價格上升，歐股波動加劇勢必難以避免，尤其是邊陲歐洲國家的義大利及西班牙等金融市場，將陷入高度波動，國際股市也將隨之震盪。

貝克認為，希臘債務問題惡化帶來的市場震撼，應該僅止於心理層面，就希臘占歐元區GDP不到2%來看，對歐洲經濟實體衝擊相當有限，近8成希臘主權債務由國際貨幣基金(IMF)、歐盟及歐洲央行等國際性機構持有，歐洲銀行業已大幅降低對希臘的投資，負面衝擊相當有限。

貝克指出，短線來看，希臘債務協商重回原點將帶給歐股不小的震盪，但長線而言，歐股表現終將回歸基本面；歐洲經濟穩健復甦，不僅反應在持續改善的經濟數據上，消費者及企業界也重拾信心，有利歐股短線震盪後回復長多走勢，2010年以來，希臘股市及歐股走勢明顯脫鉤，顯示希臘問題及整體歐洲情況應分開看待。
